2023 Afroglobal Excellence Awards Gala: Celebrating Excellence [In Photos]

The 2023 Afroglobal Excellence Awards Gala, hosted by Commander Paul Smith of the Royal Canadian Navy’s HMCS York and award-winning actress Linda Osifo on October 21st, 2023, epitomized glitz, glamour, and honor. This unforgettable evening celebrated exceptional individuals across sixteen categories, recognizing their remarkable achievements and positive contributions to society.

The event commenced with a special unveiling of the latest edition of Excellence Magazine, featuring a cover story on Hon. Greg Fergus, the Speaker of the House of Commons and the previous year’s MC for the Excellence Awards. Hon. Greg Fergus was also presented with a plaque featuring commemorative coins of the No. 2 Construction Battalion.

Since its inception in 2004, this red-carpet awards gala has continued to honor achievers and unite individuals of African heritage and others in celebration of inspiring success stories.
