Manchester United, one of the biggest clubs in the Premier League, recently announced their new academy scholars for the upcoming 2023-2024 season. Among the talented youngsters is 16-year-old Victor Musa, a promising Nigerian striker.
As per Premier League rules, all U17 players must start the season on a scholarship agreement before they can sign their first professional contract after turning 17. Victor Musa embraced this challenge and caught the attention of the Manchester United coaches, earning a place in the U18 squad on a permanent basis.
Last season, Victor showcased his skills in U18s football, featuring in 22 games across the U18 Premier League, U18 Premier League Cup, and FA Youth Cup. This proves his potential and the confidence the coaches have in him.
Impressively, Victor has already scored six goals in competitive matches for the U18s, displaying his goal-scoring prowess. He is already making waves within the team and has been putting in hard work during pre-season training with the Manchester United U18s.
